She has been practicing medicine for over 10 years specializing in cardiology with years of experience in emergency room prior to that. She has a passion for health and fitness and has competed on a national level in Olympic weight lifting and is a professional bodybuilder in the IFBB league. Kristen is a devoted, energetic practitioner who believes each patient deserves individualized care and has a deep commitment to improve the health and wellness of the people in her community.

She has over 20 years experience working in healthcare,
Which include 10 years as a medical esthetician.
She has focused the past five years on HRT and wellness, making it a goal to educate and go outside the box to help others achieve their optimal wellness goals. She thrives on continuing education to stay current on this booming industry

Alisa is a board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine.
She also has advanced training and certification in aesthetic injectables.
