James Mellow
With over 25 years of experience as a successful real estate agent and 16 years serving as a law enforcement officer with the Gwinnett County Police Department, James has built his career on service, discipline, and a commitment to improving the lives of those around him. In addition, he has owned and operated personal training studios throughout the metro Atlanta area, further expanding his impact in the health and wellness space.
From the age of 13, James has been dedicated to fitness, recognizing early on the powerful connection between physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life. This passion ultimately led him to pursue a larger vision.
In 2022, James turned that vision into reality by founding Ageless Physique and Wellness—a professional medical clinic designed to provide personalized, results-driven care. He assembled a highly qualified team of nurse practitioners, medical assistants, phlebotomists, and paramedics to deliver customized wellness programs tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
KRISTEN BLAIR
KRISTEN BLAIR
Kristen Blair is a dual-board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience in medicine. Her clinical background includes extensive experience in Cardiology, along with a foundation in emergency medicine.
As Co-Owner and Clinical Director, Kristen is passionate about bringing together evidence-based medicine, preventative health, and a personalized approach to wellness. She believes optimal health is not one-size-fits-all and is committed to understanding each patient as an individual - helping them feel their best, perform at their best, and build a healthier life for the long term.
Outside of medicine, Kristen has a lifelong passion for health and fitness and performance. she has competed nationally in Olympic weightlifting and is an IFBB professional bodybuilder working toward her goal of competing at the Olympia. This pursuit gives her a unique personal perspective on strength, nutrition, performance, and the dedication required to achieve meaningful results.
Kristen brings the same energy, discipline and commitment to her patients that she brings to her own pursuit of health and performance. Her goal is simple: to provide exceptional, individualized care and empower every patient to take an active role in their health and longevity.
