I saw Kristen for a second opinion after “not feeling myself” on Bioidentical hormones (E,P, and T topical) for over one year. I had every symptom of perimenopause except hot flashes and frozen shoulder. She is very knowledgeable and elaborates on how hormones affect our body and mind etc. She had a new treatment plan after retesting my hormones and by the 2nd week, I felt a positive shift. It has been about 2 months and I feel mentally stable again and my relationship is better than ever! And…I have a libido for the 1st time in probably 7 years.
